Well appointed room on 24th floor with stunning iconic views - very nice refurbishment however, the fan in the bathroom was very noisy and stayed on all the time (no obvious ways of switching it off & didn't switch off with the light-switch). It was reported but feedback was that it was designed to stay on. Bizarre but if that's correct then it needs to be a lot quieter. Treasury restaurant was great and good menu, excellent service. Aster Bar had stunning views & great drinks menu with tasty 'bar' food & excellent service. Bit strange when waiting to get in, that you have to compete with people in bathrobes trying to get to the Swimming Pool which has a very narrow entrance immediately next to the bar entrance. Would stay here again but only if the bathroom fans can be switched off. 😊

Fantastic location!
Staff were not up to expectations. Poor English language comprehension. Quality of food was poor especially given the price charged.

The bar on the top level was next level. The staff were amazing and made the whole experience just next level for a 70th Birthday celebration.
