Had to ask for change of room, had booked harbour view, 3rd floor is roof view. Given room on level 5, better but not brilliant.

I was really happy with my stay here. It’s in a convenient location, you can easily walk to all the shops, restaurants and to darling harbour. The parking was easy and the staff were really friendly. The room was nice and clean. Overall I had a good stay. I would definitely stay here again

The Hyatt was a very beautiful hotel. The staff are great and the rooms are very nice. Very close to Darling harbour and city shopping. Room rate were very reasonable.
