Hallway and room was smelt damp and cupboard that contained fridge was mouldy - triggered allergies. Very tired rooms. Noisy plumbing. Sheets very thin.

Nice hotel, 1st time stay.. No parking out the front after a long drive.. 5 minute bays, but no-one in site but not hotels fault. Room was large , beds fine to sleep on & there was a Bath :-). Would recommend if looking for good value...

Dear Nahtanha,Thank you for your stay with us at Seasons. The security bond is not a payment as it is only a request from your bank to freeze the pre-authorized amount in your bank account. Therefore, money is not held in the hotel bank account. We cancel the security bonds on the credit card machines daily after the check outs and your bank may take an extra day or two to action that. Perfect place to base Perth visit for 2 nights, at a very good price. Staff are super nice but very professional and competent at the same time. Facilities are very good. Only issue was heating in the room. I turned up heating to maximum, yet still cold. It was 4 degrees outside though. Perhaps i didn't operate heating correctly, just added extra blanket and didn't get round to asking for assistance.
