The Langham is a lovely hotel with great staff and service. However a lack of soundproofing meant we were awakened many times throughout the night due to other guests talking, disappointing in a hotel at this price point. Also while I used valet parking, I think they could seriously reassess the price which is almost 3 times what is charged by comparable hotels in Melbourne!!

Table all sticky with drink marks so obviously not even cleaned at all and the pillows smelt like other people had just used them, which then you’d assume none of the room is actually cleaned . Really disappointed with how much it cost to what you actually get. Won’t be back.
