My wife and I had a booking at this hotel for the evening of Friday 30 June 2023. We were caught-up in the mess at Kingsford Smith Airport, Sydney that day when 100 flights were cancelled. I called the hotel that day and tried to cancel the booking. I was put on-hold for ages and not answered. Calls and Emails since have been ignored by the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Modern , clean property in a central location. Room was large and comfortable. Aircon and TV were great as was view from our level. 4 lifts meant little waiting. Rooms very quite only thing missing was a pool. Was disappointed with the inconsistency of the breakfast offerings.
