24/7 front desk service and excellent staff. Good location, beach, shop, public transport and playground, only thing is facility is aged, however they act on any issue immediately.

Everything we needed, so good to have swimming pools warm enough to enjoy in winter. Clean fresh. Great staff who were very helpful. Amazing breakfast and really food location as well as being value for money.

Stayed here with my 6 year old daughter. Great hotel and all the staff were professional and friendly. Tram stop outside the door and enjoyable walk to the beach/shops. Play area for kids near reception, laundry on level 2 also has an outdoor play area while you wait. Food was reasonably priced and buffet breakfast had several options. Definitely staying here again!!

Without a doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed in quite a long time. From the seamless and quick check in, to the quality of my room, to the excellent bathroom facilities, the restaurant quality room service meals and finally the huge breakfast buffet which was included in the cost of the room. I also accidentally dropped and smashed a glass and after contacting reception a housekeeping person arrived in less than 10 minutes who happily and professionally safely cleaned it up. Not one negative experience happened during my stay.
