The rooms aren't amazing, furniture is old. The bar isn't open weekend nights. Nowhere to park for check in, you have to park underneath, get a ticket, check in then go back and move your car. I asked for a high floor, quiet room, was put on low level in a room next to lifts. Late check in of 3pm. Except for the check in ladies arguing with each other about what room to put me in...all other staff super helpful and friendly.
