Breakfast was very disappointing as there wasnt much of a variety and the quality was terrible. Room was below standard and really didnt offer much for the price you pay.

I am so disppointed in many things. Firstly we went FOR the spa with my kids and it was out of action. I told them about it and they said will speak to manager about compensation and never got back to me. They didn't care. Ran out of rollaway beds No bath robes (which is all part of the experience of going away. We spent 400 which is alot for an experience that we never do with out kids for the first time with them, very disappointed for a high level property. Checkin too 45 mins massive line. Very slow, no apologies.

I love this hotel. It’s my favourite. The most comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms with large baths. The rooms are perfectly quiet - perfect for relaxing. The hotel is also really close to everything eg botanical gardens, river, restaurants, shopping cbd, free transport. The staff are excellent! Please fix the spa and the shower next to the sauna - it was disappointing that this was out of order and unavailable. Please remove the advertising in the lifts - I thought it was misaligned with the hotel’s brand and it was offensive to me. My view was also quite disappointing. Noting the construction of the new bridge over the river! Otherwise, loved it! Thank you.
