really good location, well priced and convenient, lovely staff, older rooms but super clean, oh and the bed was amazingly comfortable, slept really well and air con was great too.

The booking photos looked amazing and we were looking forward to a luxury stay. However, the building was older than expected. The initial room we were given wasn't cleaned properly and was visibly dirty with uneven carpet. After calling reception and complaining, we received fantastic customer service and were were shown several other rooms and moved into the room of our choice. We had a awesome view of the river and bridge. The room was not as luxurious as we'd hoped, but much cleaner. It is a short walk to restaurants at Howard Smith Wharves.

Property was in an ideal location to Fortitude Valley. Well priced compared to other properties. Efficient and friendly checkin service. Bathrooms are outdated but for the price, happy to forego a fancy bathroom.
